Taylor Baldry studied Visualization at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. After graduating in 2007, Baldry became a graphic designer and animator for a creative marketing agency, where he was reprimanded for inventing the Dolphin-hawk — a mascot for writer’s block.
Baldry has appeared on NPR and his work has been featured in newspapers, galleries and bonfires.
In 2009, Baldry was inspired to quit his salary job and moved to Ota, Japan, where he taught English and ate rice. He now resides (usually) in Minneapolis.
